The journal Forum Qualitative Social Research FQS is of relevance for social and cultural anthropology disciplines because of its focus on qualitative methods. Volumes of Ethnologia Europaea are freely available in digital form three years after initial publication. There are, however, many more open access journals in other languages, especially in English.
